Current Programs and Events

We have many exciting programs throughout the year in our community! From hiphop classes and yoga, to movie nights and the Beverly Active Senior Society, we are sure there's something to keep you and your family busy and entertained!

We're showing Moana 2 at the Beverly Heights Family Centre (adjacent to the Hall) Saturday, May 25th.

Please bring reusable cups for the punch!

The event is free, but we ask that you pay what you can to help offset the costs of showing the movie.

While you're there, remember to pick up your 2025/26 league membership!

Come to the Hall for our annual plant and seed swap where you can meet other local gardeners and trade your leftover perennials, annuals, house plants, and seeds!

We'll have refreshments, a door prize, and presentations by Suzanne Cook.

The Gardening Club will be well represented and you can learn about the fun things we do in the community and around the city!

Sourdough Basics Workshop flyer-page-001

Join our Sourdough Basics Workshop presented by the Beverly Heights Community League president, Tracey Hirtle. Tracey is fairly new to sourdough but has been having great success and would like to share her starter and tips with you.

The March and May sessions sold out and 85 new people now have the knowledge and confidence to make sourdough! Another session in September is planned.

Community League Membership has it's benefits - see the flyer for details on how you can join the workshop for free or the discounted "hand-on" experience with tools to take home.

Click HERE for the link to the registration form. Space is limited and is first-come-first-served. One volunteer helper per session is needed - email [email protected] to volunteer or if you are having troubles with the google doc registration form. Thank you!
