Our Instructor:
Amanda Little is passionate about sharing her knowledge and love of meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga with the world.
She began practicing yoga two decades ago, enjoying it as a practice, a self-exploration, and a form of movement and exercise. She quickly began to notice the difference that her practice made in her busy life as a business owner and swim coach, bringing more calm, patience, and a greater sense of connection. Wanting to share these experiences with her community and her athletes led her to yoga teacher training, which then led to meditation teacher training, which has led to her most recent training in the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Amanda holds certifications for teaching Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga Nidra, and Competitive Swimming. You can find her teaching, leading, and coaching classes, workshops, teams, and privately around Edmonton and Alberta. For the travel minded, you can also find her leading and hosting retreats in Costa Rica!
“Meditation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight.”
– Ajahn Brahm
