Green Thumb Day is Beverly Heights’ annual plant and seed swap, celebrating the joy of gardening and the generosity of our community. It’s a relaxed, friendly event where residents can bring extra plants, seeds, or cuttings from their gardens and exchange them for something new to grow. Whether you have perennials to divide, seedlings to share, or just a curiosity about what others are planting, Green Thumb Day is the perfect opportunity to expand your garden and connect with fellow plant lovers.
Each June, everyone is warmly invited to attend Green Thumb Day at the Community Hall! Bring your labelled plants and seeds, or simply come to browse and chat. It’s a great way to learn from other gardeners, discover new varieties, and celebrate the start of another growing season in Beverly Heights. We often have knowledgeable speakers share their planting tips. Come swap, share, and grow with us!
