Alley Renewal Underway!

As many of us already know, the alley renewal project for Beverly Heights is ongoing. Reports coming in from neighbours have been generally positive with work progressing quick with relatively minimal disruption.

In our house, we are not looking forward to the construction noise and disruption, but it will all be worth it to have smooth, well-draining alleys in the end!

Beverly Heights Alley Renewal 

Construction Update - June 2025

The second year of Beverly Heights Alley Renewal construction is underway. Work will consist of removing the existing road structure, placing a new gravel base, conducting minor concrete replacement and installing new asphalt pavement.

Construction progress status:

  • Section 36 Alley construction ongoing
  • Section 43 Alley construction ongoing
  • Section 44 Alley construction ongoing
  • Section 33 Alley construction ongoing
  • Section 32 Alley construction ongoing

This scope map shows the numbered construction areas as well as the proposed yearly phasing of work.

For those who live in the 2024 construction areas, the outstanding road deficiency work is scheduled to start at the same time as this year’s construction.
