HIGH Fitness is new to Beverly Heights Community League, starting in January 2020!

What is HIGH Fitness? It’s bringing aerobics back in a fresh, modern way by incorporating high intensity interval training. It involves basic, easy to follow choreography to fun, upbeat music. The interval training includes squats, burpees, jumping jacks, tuck jumps, etc., but low-intensity modifications are also shown.

Please note that you must have a community league membership to participate – either from Beverly Heights, or your home league.

We do require a minimum number of participants to run this program. Please phone Crystal Boyde at (780) 289-0995 to pre-register

  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm
  • $60 for 10 weeks, $10 to drop in
